Cannot recommend them enough! I contacted Westford Florist 2 weeks ahead of my December elopement. From the very first moment, I knew it was the best choice. Veny is a great communicator. She went out of her way to accommodate all of my wishes, including finding astilbes in December (!). She also was incredibly kind to accommodate last-minute additional coursage and boutonniere. Highly recommended! Westford Florist worked with me to create a beautiful sympathy basket of lovely flowers, using my color requests and within my budget. They coordinated with the funeral home for delivery. The whole experience was easy, and the outcome was perfect. Thank you!
Very welcoming, All the women here were very lovely, especially Veny. When I first walked in, I was looking for something fun and I didn’t quite see what I was looking for. About to head out but then she took me in the back to show me all the flowers! So many options and they also had a list of flowers for living with a cat. Really informative, I found really cute arrangement and she did it on the spot for me! It was wonderful and especially since so close to Valentine’s Day! I would highly recommend.
Was already at the plaza they are located in and stopped in for a last minute arrangement to celebrate the birth of my niece and they were great to work with! I knew my sister would prefer a less traditional “its a girl” flowers and they showed me options and made a stunning arrangement! Had me in and out in quickly without sacrificing quality!
Highly Recommended. Not being from Westford I wasn’t sure how the arrangement would turn out, I was impressed. I placed the order same day on the weekend, even with shorter store hour, florist promptly processed my designers choice order. The color combination of the flowers were amazing. Delivery was done swiftly and a notification that it was delivered gave me peace of mind. Great costumer service.
