Second time using Westflow. Boiler needed servicing and had a leak which needed fixing. Explained everything really clearly. Great service. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use again.
Very pleased with this service. I had to call them after being let down by another plumber, who left us with a hole in the soil pipe and toilet not working!! I called and explained my position and thankfully, from my initial call they tried to fit me in as soon as possible. They arrived, assessed the problem, explaining it to me and then got to fixing it straight away by cutting out the blocked pipe, replacing with new & ensured the angle for drainage was correct by testing several times. Look no further... Use these guy!! I found Westflow online after looking at their reviews. I am in Canada and had an issue with my flat there. Communication was prompt and efficient and they did exactly what they said they would do. After referring me to another company that did some things that they didn't, Westflow returned to site, diagnosed a small issue and corrected it right away. Pricing was very reasonable.
