Thankyou KAZ and AMIEE A few weeks ago I lost my phone, and I went to the concierge team at Westfield tuggerah, these two lovely ladies went above and beyond what is expected. They were extremely helpful and courteous, and I couldn't have got my phone back if it wasn't for there efforts. They got on the computer and tried everything for me,even a couple of options I never thought of. 11/10 for services, help and general knowledge. legendary women who take pride in there job. Bloody marvellous
I believe her name was Prabhleen, she has outstanding customer service. She was working at the concierge desk when we visited last weekend. Her customer service was un matched. So happy, friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work
The security team at Tuggerah are fantastic. I always feel safe and comfortable when visiting Tuggerah, and the security guards are highly visible throughout the centre. They are friendly, respectful and always happy to assist customers when needed. What really stands out is their professionalism and the way they handle situations as true first responders. A big thank you to the entire security team at Tuggerah. I take my hat off to these guards for the great work they do every day. They are a real credit to the centre!
