So pleased with my thorough eye exam and selection of frames. Had great assistance in picking out the right fit for me. Glad my coworker recommended them to me. Can't wait to see clearly with my new glasses, next week.
Very quick and they were all kind. I was out and able to see again with new glasses in 1 hour!
Got my new glasses with progressive lenses. Couldn't use them. Darlene was very understanding and offered to change them to regular bifocals. Tried them and couldn't see out of the reader part. Took them back again and said I wanted a refund. Was told they don't do refunds and never have in 21 years. Not true! I was given a refund a few years ago because prescription was not correct.
