Yesterday morning I stood in the cue at information to arrange my disabled parking. After a few minutes this lady came saying she was here earlier and demanded to get in front of me. I said I would allow but I hadn't seen her previously. To this she shouted and abused me with full on swear words,that no lady should use, and this continued for a few minutes.
