Avoid this bank. Avoid allllll westfield banks. This is coming from someone with a credit score of 815, never over drawn, and always had money in the account. I wont go into details. But if you know whats good for you... Avoid westfield bank. Go anywhere else but here. If you do choose westfield bank... good luck to you.
Great experience at this location. Jennyfer and Tawana have been amazing to work with. When my teenage son opened his first checking account, Tawana sat with him and reviewed all the rules and smart ways to save. Couldn't love this branch any more.
This branch misses the point of customer service and is misleading in their statements. I switched from BoA to bring things local and regret doing so. I will be making the change once again…
I have been doing my personal banking with the Granby Branch since it opened. The teller staff is Great ! Kudos to Victoria, Rachel and Matt. They always refer to me by name when I walk in. Recently, I worked with Jen to open a business account with my family and she help us through the tedious process as we had 6 owners to deal with. She is OUTSTANDING ! This small bank and the entire staff treat you like family. I encourage you to bank here !!
Terrible customer service! I used their ATM to withdraw money, however it don't let me choose my bills, so I went inside to exchange for larger bills to give for a Christmas gift. I was told since I am not a member they cannot help me and could not give me larger bills, even after them seeing me use their ATM to withdraw the money. Glad I am not a member of this bank.
