I've been a customer of Westfield Bank since they took over Chicopee Savings. I cannot say enough good things about this branch. Cody, Joy and all of the tellers are friendly, helpful and provide customer service above and beyond every time I've needed it. They truly care about customers.
I'd avoid this bank if possible. The manager wouldn't let me deposit checks into my brother's account with him present stating "its just the way banking works". I'm not a banker but I've deposited checks into family members accounts plenty of times, felt like she did just didn't feel like doing it to be honest.
Great customer service .
