First time dealing with this bank and first time making a payment on a car loan. The convenience fee was $11.75. How do you justify that?
Disappointed with communication on mortgage documentation. I would not recommend this bank to others.
This bank has horrible customer service. Do not get a loan through this bank! Their online payment system charges you a $16 fee to pay online but they will not honor the day you made the payment. Even though my confirmation says my payment was accepted and processed and has been taken out of my account.. They do not honor your payment until 3 to 4 days after and then charge a late fee even with proof of confirmation number and payment date. Worst place to get a car loan from. After dealing with them for a few months I'm ready to refinance with another bank just for the piece of mind. They would charge late fees on your payment based on their process date, not the date of payment. Their online payment portal is poorly designed and it took multiple attempts to even set up online access.
