Avoid this bank at all cost. Poor customer service and you have to jump through hoops to pay off loans. Gave a 1 star because I was not allowed to put 0 stars.
Terrible bank. I have never had any issues with any other bank offering a pass a payment around the holidays. I have paid my car loan payment EVERY month ON TIME for over 5 years, I have even paid extra some months. Called today to try to get a pass a payment for the holidays and “we don’t do that”. Absolutely no problem Westfield. I will be sure no one in my house ever finances through you again!
First time dealing with this bank and first time making a payment on a car loan. The convenience fee was $11.75. How do you justify that?
Disappointed with communication on mortgage documentation. I would not recommend this bank to others.
