Wife and I needed our 2023 Taxes prepared. We explained our situation precisely to the owner, renee. Several days later, we were called to come in and sign our returns. We saw her associate, at the door, this is where you sign she said. We were handed a packet that contained another couples personal and Financial information. We didn’t discover it until the next day. We also discovered my retire. Navy pay was not included, and neither were my estimated payments.
