05/11/2017 I am extremely upset with WTFC within these past few weeks as I have been sending emails through the customer service website requesting to reset my (online-bill pay) password with no responses to resolve the problem. I've been banking w/ wtfc for over 30 years and have been very pleased, up till now and have never experienced such disappointment. Absolutely one of the worst places I have ever done business with. I have average credit just like most people and this place hasn't given me the light of day about a car loan or credit card. I don't expect special service by any means , but for a current customer with multiple accounts I expect to be treated by a loyal customer.
