12/03/2019 I have been banking with WTFC now for over 10 years and last year I was kicked off the WTFC bill pay, yes due to my negligence of multiple insufficient funds on occasions, but they want even allow me a 2nd chance - once your deactivated from the bill pay you are permanently dropped of there's no way re-activate the online bill pay, that sucks. Worst financial institute I have ever been associated with. First, I deposited multiple checks and they held them for 8 working days...they were all under $500 each but they said because there were 13 of them that they had to hold them. However, as the accountant of the companies these checks were drawn on I can tell you that funds came from those accounts in 2 to 3 days after my deposit was made...that means the CU held my deposit up another 5 additional days after they received money from the other banks!
