I've lived here almost 2 years and what a change since I moved in. There have been 3 different executive directors since then and it seems like there is an employee fired on a weekly basis. They continue to remove items from the residents to reduce costs. Snacks have been removed from the bistro, the change of our menu has been reduced to 3 times a year instead of 4 and our internet provider went from a national company to Spectrum Retirement Communities taking it over themselves with a drastic decline in service and speed. ... read more

When touring this facility online and talking with them over the phone all seemed good. Made an apt for tour and eval of my mother for memory care unit. Showed up & director showed my mother an assisted living apt when I was touring for memory care. They told her she could not have the apt after her eval and then showed her memory care. She was not happy. Director sat my 93 yr old mother in a chair with wheels, convinced her to select memory care.
