Nicest tax department ever.
I can't believe how kind and helpful Angie was when I finally admitted defeat and went in to get help with my taxes-A WEEK LATE!! Some parts of the new online filing portal just didn't make sense to me and the more times I went back to it my mental block just got worse. Angie went through the process with me and found a couple things to improve the program. I am so appreciative of the help and not being made to feel any more inept than I already felt.
I've not been to the office in-person, but staff have always been able to assist me and answer questions over the phone each year.
As of yesterday, SCOTUS ruled in favor of Americans that are being imposed excessive fines and penalties. Contact your departments and ask them to remove them. This is law.
The people are always nice and helpful. I really appreciate the free city tax preparation.
