Fred has always been Prompt, polite and helpful. Service is mostly dependable, slow some evenings but generally reliable. Not much choice out in the boonies, had satelite, and this is much better. Would recommend.
If you want to be treated like a paying customer then don't go here. Fred is the most rude and unethical person I have met. He does not return calls and he will insult. He over charged and said it was not his problem. Very angry man.
I have been a customer with BMBB/Western-Y for seven + years and have received great IT capabilities. When questions were asked, the answers were correct and prompt. Generally when folks crap on an IT provider, it's usually driven by ignorance of the person asking the question.
Avoid it at all costs. You're better off with a phone modem then with using their "service" and I use that term loosely.
