I graduated from WWU in 2022. I went back to campus to visit in 2025, I bought a couple hours of parking and walked around before returning to my car. WWU parking had GLUED a letter to my driver side window, and left a ticket on my dash threatening to boot my car...I call them and they tell me I had two unpaid parking tickets from 2022? They never told me, they never called me, they never emailed me. The school had my new forwarding address, they mailed my diploma to it...but never told me about these tickets? If I could give them less than a star I would. Very money hungry w/tickets, terrible experience overall with them.
