Great place to go antique shopping, with Native American and Western items.
Super cute place with LOTS to see. I love antique stores and this one had some really cool things to check out, as well as a great setup with plenty of rooms and areas to explore. Our only grievance was that we most definitely got followed around, I understand because I know people have sticky fingers in places like this but it was a bit overkill and made us feel uncomfortable/unwelcome by the end of it.
Lots of history for sale. Especially about Native Americans and Cowboys. Lots of rocks, gems and minerals for sale also. Books too.
We discovered Western Village in Payson by accident on our travels back to Albuquerque. What a HAPPY ACCIDENT!!! We loved it and bought a bunch of cool things. The widest assortment of outstanding vintage things and antiques in one place that we've seen in years. Well organized in categories and clean! Their prices are very fair, realistic, & reasonable. And great conversations with Lynn & the owner. Thanks, we'll be back during our next travels through Payson!!!
Horrible customer service, especially because this store obviously relies on travelers not locals. The NAGPRA and IACB needs to look into this place and their pottery pieces!
