Just wow. The yard was dead as hell and i was the only one there when i arrived. Had to call the check in line multiple times because they wouldnt open the gate for me. Took their sweet ole time to unload me too.... forklift gave me the signed BOL and quickly sped off without a word, leaving all the dunnage and wood trash behind on my flatbed. One of the worst company I’ve ever delivered a load, was waiting couple hours to deliver a small electric box, I was 7 am there, I guess they been paying by hours they why’s working like snails!!!
Line 1 and 2 for Western united Arrived time 6 am They open at 7 am They give me door at 7 am Out time 07:30 am
Make sure all delivery drivers stop at stop signs and wait for warehouse associate to bring into yard. 2 stop signs and red stop painted on road.
Reel unloading is stupid joke. Came at 7am Monday. Stopped near intersection Frontage/Bromley because 14 truck are waiting in line from Frontage, along the right curb on Bromley and around the building to the gate. They call 1 truck, it comes throught the gates, takes the chaines off, they unload trailer, truck makes u-turn and leaving company. In few minutes they call next truck. So that I left company after 2pm and 7 trucks were waiting in the line behind me. Very slow. But they can't call 2 trucks at the same time. Becaus... read more
