My experience with WTL and the Hancock family’s operation was very negative. Leadership & Management, The company is run more like a family club than a professional business. Leadership shows poor integrity, questionable practices, and very little accountability. Decisions feel driven by favoritism instead of fairness or professionalism. Lack of real trucking knowledge is obvious. Instead of focusing on operations, they rely heavily on family ties and money to patch problems. HR is unhelpful and unprofessional. Issues don’t ... read more

Wooooow, just got off the phone with Parker. Asked him about all these review and the GCP contract. He said he’ll get back to me. So is it true the contract states drivers have to work 3 days out of the 5 day work week and anything after 3 days is considered bonus???? Why haven’t us drivers benefited from this????? I’ll update this post once I hear back from Parker!!!! Oh yea….. no answer when I asked, “ where’s Lisa at?”

Why is it that drivers that are bringing in thousands and thousands of dollars a week are getting paid so little? The trucks all have 500000 plus miles on them so its not being spent on those. Maybe its the family and their very nice vehicles? everyone knows the family aren't the best drivers anyway. if you know you know. maybe its the pay the family gets? maybe its the head of finance needing to cover his hobby? there are a few office people who actually care but they are a joke to the family and I mean the actual family no... read more

WTL is going downhill fast, and it shows. The leadership team has never driven a truck, doesn’t hold CDLs, and misleads drivers by pretending otherwise. Promises of steady work and good pay are lies. Checks get cut short, drivers get threatened, and respect doesn’t exist here. Even the person in charge of dispatch and operations does little to support drivers—loads suffer while management collects checks. And somehow the “safety guy” lost an eye from bad securement. How does that make sense? This company is all about family ... read more

It’s a small company. They make empty promises and you don’t really make any money. The family are terrible. Especially tayler they know that she isn’t good at her job but still keep her around. parker dose not know anything and is clueless and has cte They lost a lot of good drivers because of them and the fact that they don’t pay you well. Also they need more incentives so you want to excel and improve. They don’t acknowledge you until you quit and have kept all your money.
