They towed my car claiming it was parked longer than 24 hours. I have to take pictures of when I park everyday as proof. Anyone want a class action suit count me in.
I have a horrible situation happening to me. I have a creepy, perverted roommate who is doing legal evictions, and the manager lady is helping. I’m pretty sure she also reported my car in the fire lane because I’ve seen other people parked in the fire lane for up to an hour and a half and they weren’t towed but it’s OK though because of that tow I got to meet the wonderful sister from another mister lady at the front desk. Terribly ran company. Poor professionalism by every employee and manager here. My car was towed from an apartment complex and was told I could pick it up the next day for 200$. I arrived the next morning and was then told it would be 700$ to take my car and no exceptions or explanations on why. I had no choice but to pay and when I got into my car EVERY SINGLE one of my lights was on in my dash. Ridiculous! My tire is now flat and my engine is having terrible issues. Good luck if your car ends up here :/
