Had to pay $490 for parking a rental in one of the unreserved spots in my complex overnight. I made the mistake of not having a permit since i arrived very late at night from work trip, but $490 is a freaking hefty sum- not like i took someone’s spot. Woke up next morning and it was gone. I called in immediately and had to wait for hours for someone to be in the lot so I can come by to pick up my car, then also had to wait like 45 minutes because apparently, 5 other people had been victims too. Towed our vehicle while having a valid temporary handicap placard posted on rearview mirror and causing my wife to miss an important doctors appointment this morning. Shame on you western towing!

The worse towing waited for over 3hrs for a removal of car at an apartment complex called the twice saying there on there way totally a lie, would never recommend them. If would rate them 0 star A waste of time

Rude. Over charges. Miscommunication. I was told they could let me get my car back same day (Saturday). I left work early, was going to take an Uber there to pick it up, and was told they are not open on Weekends and would let me know when I could get it ( ended up being late at night, after 10 pm and I had called them at 2pm)

This place tows when they shouldn't! Be aware anytime you see one of their vehicles!
