Honestly as far as getting towed, this place isn’t that bad. I got towed in North Park and they even opened the door after hours for me, told me to find a place in NP to hang out while I wait. Prices were pretty fair.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They illegally took my family member's car and ruined their tire. Luckily my family member received support from her employers but they charged her 400+ dollars for the illegal towing. These people need to be sued because based on what others are saying here, they are illegally towing cars even when there are no violations being done by the drivers (such as being parked in correct spots but still being towed). Sneaky and caught on camera. They towed a car from a worker who was actively working on the roof. For reference my house roof can't be accessed without being on the fire lane. The worker had a permit and needed the truck to work on my roof. On my home camera you can hear that the worker is actively working on the roof. On camera you can see the towing company worker takes the car mid day, no noise made, no questions asked. There were 4 people on premis.
