They take your car for no reason and at the moment of giving it to you the car is beaten or scraped. They charge you an exaggerated amount and apart from that they give you a fee

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I understand that it is frustrating for everyone to get their car towed, no matter the circumstances. However, let's talk about unprofessionalism from the representative Erica. We kept trying to explain that we are in the middle of moving and that we have a newborn baby and she eventually started hanging up on us when we would call. If you ever get on the phone with Nina, just know you are in for a long one. She is very rude, will give you attitude immediately. Shewould be better off getting an OF than the $21/hr at Western Towing

Western Towing charges outrageous fees, even if you show up within an hour of the tow. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional- he was literally wearing a shirt that said something along the lines of “I don’t want to be here,” paired with an “Alligator Alcatraz” hat. Only the call center and a few of the tow drivers showed any professionalism, though they ultimately couldn’t help. The Reserve in 4S Ranch should be ashamed to use this company.
