If I could give them 0 stars I would. They illegally took my family member's car and ruined their tire. Luckily my family member received support from her employers but they charged her 400+ dollars for the illegal towing. These people need to be sued because based on what others are saying here, they are illegally towing cars even when there are no violations being done by the drivers (such as being parked in correct spots but still being towed). Sneaky and caught on camera. They towed a car from a worker who was actively working on the roof. For reference my house roof can't be accessed without being on the fire lane. The worker had a permit and needed the truck to work on my roof. On my home camera you can hear that the worker is actively working on the roof. These guys are cheap sketchy losers. They hire sketchy guys to sneak around 3:00am. Recently, there's been vandalism in our neighborhood, and these guys were trying to break into a car to release the E break but failed. So, instead, they dragged a car, almost hitting another car while creating skid marks due to the friction. ☆ Dangerous, Unprofessional & Intimidating Experience I recently had an extremely disturbing experience with a driver from Western Towing in Oceanside named ROBERT. In my personal opinion, this was the most unprofessional and reckless tow operator I’ve ever encountered.
