If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I understand that it is frustrating for everyone to get their car towed, no matter the circumstances. However, let's talk about unprofessionalism from the representative Erica. We kept trying to explain that we are in the middle of moving and that we have a newborn baby and she eventually started hanging up on us when we would call. If you ever get on the phone with Nina, just know you are in for a long one. She is very rude, will give you attitude immediately. Shewould be better off getting an OF than the $21/hr at Western Towing
Western Towing charges outrageous fees, even if you show up within an hour of the tow. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional- he was literally wearing a shirt that said something along the lines of “I don’t want to be here,” paired with an “Alligator Alcatraz” hat. Only the call center and a few of the tow drivers showed any professionalism, though they ultimately couldn’t help. The Reserve in 4S Ranch should be ashamed to use this company.
They have a contract with Glenbrook Terrace apartments where my mother lives in Escondido and I went for a visit. I was only there for a few minutes so I figured I didn't need a pass, my fault, but by the time I came back out they were already taking pictures of my car so I hurried to get in and said I'll be on my way. The tow truck driver responded "Next time this shit's mine." I didn't catch his name but this happened earlier today. Horrible towing company. They are predatory scamming thieves. Not only did they have no reason to tow my truck from my designated parking spot in my apartment complex. Expensive tools were stolen out of my truck! Thank you for such upstanding Americans western towing!
