RecommendedI have been a customer since the only branch was in downtown Tulsa. I have had my debit card number stolen from store purchases TWO SEPARATE TIMES and used, making a mess of my account. Each time WSFCU IMMEDIATELY took action and patiently helped frantic me straighten the situation out and get everything running smoothly again. I once had an OD goof, and once again, WSFCU worked with me to figure out the problem. I love this bank!! I'll am a customer for life!!

I applied for a credit card due to very low rates which required a saving account to be opened. I set up the transfer and told i would be contacted in 24 hours. Over 3 weeks later no reply at all. I called and they let me know maybe i could call a branch that is not as busy... Thanks. Guess I’ll stick to the big banks.
I'd like to be able to pay my loan using funds from my other bank. I don't want to drive there because it is a 3 hour round trip. And I don't want to sit on hold on the phone listening to elevator music. It costs 10 extra dollars to pay the bill over the phone.

We have had this bank for 21 years needless to say we are closing our account. If you use your debit card they take the big amounts first even if you used your card as a debit and then take the smaller so they can collect more OD fees. In which the purchases were made on Sunday, as a debit, and the atm was used on Monday evening. Needless to say we have $125 in overdraft fees. The amounts weren't even over $15 the lowest one was .11 cents. This is ridiculous and a scam. This should be against the law to do that to people. Th... read more
