I moved out of AZ almost 10 years ago. I had a credit card with I want to say Chase bank in 2012 that went into default and it was later taken care of through collections. However, this awful company continues to harass me, 10 years later, and never returns my calls when I attempt to find out what the hard credit inquiries are for. No one takes my calls during open hours either. I dont know what they are trying to pull, but Ive had to file complaints to get this issue cleared up when it could take 20 minutes from their end.
