Had a medical loan here. Paid it in full and was requesting a copy of the statement saying I paid it in full. Steve was completely unwilling to provide me a copy. He was trying to provide math and told me I should have receipts... which I do. Once I threatened to close all my accounts, his whole answer changed, not the tone or attitude.
