Went to see dr. Gupta, he charged me over $540 over 4 appointments + prescriptions, he was dismissive, didn't ask questions and misdiagnosed my condition which could have been sinister. When I asked for a biopsy he laughed and said "he was the doctor". Turns out he was wrong about his diagnosis and costed me months of negative symptoms + money and time. He was unapologetic and showed no remorse for my situation, negative symptoms, his wrong diagnosis or the money and time I have spent on this. Very disappointing.
Went there yesterday, to have a cyst removed, but unfortunately it couldn't be done, it was way bigger than first thought, however Dr.Chang was absolutely lovely, and caring, and is trying to get me seen at the hospital. I thankyou with all my heart Dr.Chang, and I recommend you and your clinic to anyone who needs help. They are wonderful and very caring, all of the staff!!. Thankyou again Dr.Chang.

Customer service and comms were great! Had skin tags removed and the entire service was smooth & not as painful as I thought. The staff made me feel super comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend Western Skin Institute to family and friends✊🏾
