The worst place ever. I don't recommend you this place to anyone. I went to the place to ask for information on Spanish language because my grandmother speaks Spanish only and the Hispanic girl who was attending there didn't want to attend to my grandma because she didn't speak Spanish and didn't try to help her with even. That's racism and discrimination. So hopefully they can change their bad and rude attitude for the good to other ones.
I don’t understand if it’s a lack of communication or what, but why would you call all my references on the day I’m committed to make my payment? I can understand the next day if I didn’t pay the previous day, why take committed payment dates if you’re not going to give the customer a chance to pay? Very unprofessional!! The worst customer service I’ve had from Jaydiana at The Western Finance on Austin Highway!
