I got in a crunch and haven't been able to make a payment. They call me often and every time they call I answer the phone and talk to them. I have not avoided them at all. They know where I am and exactly how to get in touch with me. Yet they are calling and harrassing people that know me that I did not even put down as a reference or contact. The branch manager at Albuquerque Isleta Blvd location was very rude not only rude but making threats to me as well is not only a one time is several times, can someone let her know she had a job because of us clients that have loans, if you deal with customers you have be willing to work with them you are not the one lending is the corporate by the way her name is *****, it happens sometimes we fell behind but come on my balance is *** and willing to pay it
I have been dealing with Western Finance for years. In the past they were willing to help me. Right now I'm going through a SEVERE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, so I have NO OPTIONS! I asked them recently for an extension and they said ok. I have a dental emergency to came about on Thanksgiving where I dislodged a tooth that is an extreme cavity and it's LITERALLY dangling in my mouth right now. Harassing behavior and threats. I do not recommend this business at all. They lie and try to say you didn't make pertinent that you did and threaten to harass you and cause a scene at your job. They also call your employer
Worst location to deal with.15th and Harvard.***** Brown is so argumentative. They have the 10 day period before your charged a late fee and my payment is due on the 25th of each month.i told her I would be in on May 6th which I'm aware that is after the 10days and there would be a late fee she felt she need to tell me it's not a garce period and that I need to make my payment going forward in the month that it's due however the late fee isn't accessed until after 10days from the due date which if my payment isn't due until ... read more
