The manager at the Corsicana, TX, branch is very, very rude & not a nice person. I have been a good customer here paying my loan ahead of time for a year now. My husband came into the ofc on 11/4/15 (11:25 a.m.) to pay the final loan payment & he was threatened by the manager that she would call the police for trespassing due to an incident 3 (THREE) yrs ago. Biggest joke I ve ever seen! They did our taxes, its been 4 months and we still don t have our check! The lady that did them got fired for stealing, lied on our taxes and who knows who else s while 2 of the head area men are in the office with her and now we have to go to an IRS office to see whats going on with our taxes because a Western Finance Company employee messed them up. I am so sick of this company not getting the clue that my mother is dead and they keep sending her crap and not to mention they had the nerve to call my home looking for my mom when they knew of her passing. Fix to get a lawyer and end this crap with this company and make them remove all of her info. This place is not a place to get a loan because if someone dies oh my god they dont know when to stop.
We have used their company here in Longview Texas. They have treated us wonderful.If you ever need a loan against your vehicle contact them.
