Really no help at all. The main number is always busy. No one calls you back. When we finally did get a good worker, she left the agency and we didn’t know until I called wondering why I had not heard from her. Their funding shld be questioned because their outcomes are slim to none when it comes to customer care and supports.
I had an interaction with a case manager. Her foul behavior disrupted my peace and disturbed my spirit. I dont normally leave reviews but I was taken aback. She was extremely unprofessional and went out of her way to be extraordinarily rude to me. So disappointing.
My mother has passport. I have called and left a message for my mom case manager and no replies. Im trying to get her a ramp and a electric wheelchair due to leg being amputated. My mom comes home in 2 weeks her case manager is Contessa Bush
