Far better than corporate alternatives Nothing like an old business that keeps things going. Western Ranch is a great place to buy feed, accessories, and whatever you need for whatever animal you have. Great people, and great times. They are located at the end of peabody in vacaville, right next to Castle and King. A great place for anything animal related!
Friendly Knowledgeable Environment Western Ranch has very friendly people and also knowledgeable about their products! They are much more personal with every customer, that to me makes it worth my money, I'm not treated like another customer like at the big name stores. They try to help you as much as they can. I think it's also good to support our small town pet store!!
A nice small town cozy business I love buying stuff here. They have all kinds of things for just about every kind of pet from fish to horse. I love to bring my one year old to see the turtles or chicks. It's always a nice experience to go to Western Ranch for some dog biscuits by the pound or bird seed. The employees are very helpful and are more than willing to give out free advice if you ask for it. Also, there is a bulletin board that posts info. about people selling dogs or horses etc.
