Polite knowledgeable young man
Most of the technicians were nice and professional but when one particular technician would stop by, everytime I ended up with A LOT more bugs the next day then I had before. I felt like he was putting bug bait out purposely to bring them in. That's the only reason I stopped using this pest control. The rest of them were great.
Brighten is friendly, professional, respectful, thorough and texts in advance to ask if we need him to provide special attention to anything. Western Pest Control is great to work with, we fully recommend them.
We love our service with Western Pest! Craig is awesome and thorough in taking care of our home
