Some of the staff are nice, but I can't say the same for all of them.. also they don't always seem to go out there way sometimes to help relatives, last Christmas they would not let me see my mum at the home on Xmas day or even boxing day (in the podd) and this year my mum is no longer here to see on Xmas day, that's sad.. and I did think that last Xmas (one of us may not be here this xmas), because no one is promised tomorrow, shame this is not thought about
