Used to be ok but deteriorated last year or two had a relative in there for18 years and when it was his funeral not one staff member had the decency to turn up no sympathy card nothing disgraceful after 18 years never used to put tv on even after complaining about it on his 80 th birthday he never even got a cake or one card family all disgusted by the lack of sincerity and care after 18 years total disgrace
