I can't rate any lower. They overbook, so you wait over an hour for medication appointments that take 3 minutes, but if you're over 15 minutes late to sit in the waiting room, it's a problem. Don't go here.
I used to go here in December of 2025 but because of current events I had to come back to Eastern Pennsylvania to take care of my sister and mom and the back and forths but absolutely 💯 friendly atmosphere, they are kind and very welcoming and caring for their patients, I’ve been in worse outpatient facilities, they do an outstanding job, Riley has been one 1️⃣ of the greatest nurse practitioners I worked with! I give it a 4 star rating its a very nice place to go for help they care alot I was not doing so well before I was always depressed medicine change and other stuff but I came here in January of this year and I definitely recommend this place
I have been a patient to this office for several years now. I cant say that I've ever had a negative experience with them. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond for my needs. I've never had to wait long to be seen. Everyone is very efficient from the front desk personnel to the therapists and doctors. WPABH has had a positive impact on my mental health and health care in general.
This is my dad’s business and i am 9 i think he is nice i am not sure what you guys are talking about you guys strait up just want him to lose money. And i think his employees are nice because they are always nice to other patients i see.
