My scan to see if I had a kidney stone was at 8:30 my urologist appointment was at 9:15 got there at 8:20 saw 11 people that came after me go before me sat in the waiting room , to get scaned still, until 9:50 Went up to see why I wasn’t called they told me I had to reschedule so I said no and walked out because I had another appointment at 10:10 somewhere else. I have been treated by the same urologist (Dr Chazen) for the past twelve years. I have been fortunate that he has caught my problems before they became a more serious problem. The entire staff that I have dealt with during this entire time have always been professional. At times the wait has been a little longer than normal but when I see a packed waiting room I expect the added wait.
They called to move my appointment from 5:00 to 4:00. I got there at 3:35, stood in line for about 20 minutes and took a seat. I was still waiting at 5:15 to be called in a room. When I went up to desk to inquire how much longer, I was told about 35-45 minutes. That to me is ridiculous. I would probably have been there till 6:30 or 7.
The Dr there saved my life I think that's all I need to say They are all very wonderful doctors and nurses
I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. The staff is superb. Friendly. Efficient. Accommodating. I'd recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Skomra is fantastic!
Really great Doctors and really far service even though there is a lot of me.
