Appointment and test went by fast. Minimum wait
Speedy. When you have an appointment you’re in and out within a half an hour no matter how busy. Very friendly staff also.
This group is very busy but is run like a well oiled machine. I get an appointment generally the same day I call. Very nice staff and the cookies don’t hurt either.
WNY Urology Associates location in Sterling Park OP is the one I go to and See Dr Mark Doerr. I have had nothing but positive experiences with all involved at this location. Thank you for all you do.

I’ve waited 20 yrs for a Doctor like Dr. Rambarran. I’ve been to Cleveland Clinic & Strong Memorial to no avail. I was at my 1st appointment for hrs bc he actually listened to me & ran the proper tests. He goes above & beyond as does the staff @ the Sanborn location. Dr. Rambarran & his staff are efficient, compassionate & professional. I’ve never had tears of joy leaving an office w more answers than questions.
