Horrible. A certified check from the sale of a property deposited - proceeds needed to close on another property and this hack of a credit union holds the funds for more than a week, delaying the closing and causing $250 daily charges with movers, which at the time of this review is at $1,000. Thank you WNY Federal Credit Union! In response to the reply below - I posted this on behalf of a family member who has been dealing with this mess and getting nowhere.
Cathleen is amazing to work with and WNYFC. Great auto loan interest rates. Very prompt with answering phone calls, and emails. I was also provided with two copies of loan payment schedule with interest information for the entire loan - for tax purposes. Very happy with the service
