Cathleen is amazing to work with and WNYFC. Great auto loan interest rates. Very prompt with answering phone calls, and emails. I was also provided with two copies of loan payment schedule with interest information for the entire loan - for tax purposes. Very happy with the service
I’ve been with WNYFU since I was 18. My mom brought me in and had me open a savings account in case I ever needed a loan and I’ve actually had 3 auto loans through them. It was always so easy to fill out the application and stop in to sign the paperwork. Not to mention the 1.5% interest rate I have for my current loan which is insanely low and unheard of. I always recommend them to people and I tell them to watch for the loan sales they usually have each spring and fall

The WNYFCU is an excellent and friendly place to do business. Everyone knows me there and its always an excellent transaction. I have several accounts at this location and have never had any problems. And the fraud protection unit really works to keep your debit cards safe. It has worked for me in the past. After being a member for some time now, I would never go back to a commercial bank, ever.
