I had the WORST experience here that I’ve ever had working with a tax representative. Never in my life did I feel as disrespected by the staff as I did. The guy in the drive through was so terrible rude and mean- that when I went into the business next door for my errands even a lady in there said he’s a huge jerk. Do NOT give your money to this place. The guy in the drive through is next to psycho with the type of power trips he seems to go on. Not just with customers, but apparently the businesses next to it too
I’ve been going to Western Nevada Tax for a decade now and they have always treated me like a friend. I appreciate Kemp’s knowledge and expertise. He really got me out of a bad situation when I first started working with him. Taxes are easy when you’re working with these guys.
He was so helpful and the front desk lady was really nice and easy to talk to.
