we were trying to find a trustworthy bank chose Western bank because it was convenient. deposited a check, check clears after 4 business days and we go to make a cash withdrawal and the manager says they don't know us and we need to wait a few more days. no matter how much proof you show all you hear are excuses. I own a business and Western bank is not a bank you should use if you run a business.
Very friendly people and treat everyone with such grace and respect. I love this bank
