Unbelievably smooth and fast process. Ask for Kianoosh Haghighi and Sue Benedict (as a team). They will guide you well. It was like having everything on autopilot. Excellent for first-time home buyers especially since they are very knowledgeable and available pretty much at all times. Kianoosh works miracles and is honest. He will either beat the competition or let you know you have a great deal. In our case, he beat out 5 other options.

I have been trying to reach someone by phone since 4:45 pm. The Western Mortgage Houston number says their open until 5:30. A way to leave a message isn't even available. After about 8 rings it hangs up on me. I was calling because I received a postcard from Western Mortgage Corp. and other mail for someone I don't know. How can someone else have a Mortgage on my home through Western Mortgage Corp. if they're so reputable? I'll call back on Monday.
