Had very hard time following up with broker since end of October 2020 - Dec 2020 with little to no communication, never returning my calls and/or emails only to ask me whether I need to re-apply for re-financing today Dec 2020 the date that had been set for closing. A big joke wasting someone's time without giving a reason why the refinance was denied by Quicken.
