The program works! 5 mo smoke free ! Thank you Western Mass Hypothesis. Go, listen (open minded, you must be OPEN MINDED) follow thru. Quitting smoking is very difficult, even with the program , I personally needed to also utilize nicotine gum in the beginning for a few weeks .I was cranky big time and a little sick feeling ( that’s where the gum helped) Do I miss smoking, yes sometimes I do. Have I gained some weight, yup, I have! Will I smoke another cigarette again, Nope, never!
