This was the surveyor chosen by the broker who sold me my boat. I had no reason for concern. On September 13th, the day of the survey, I was contacted by Paul, who gave me a verbal update on the vessel. I was told that I would see the survey in a couple days. On September 23, I still had not heard from or recieved anything. I contacted them by phone and pretty much had an argument with the secretary who told me I don't get the survey until the bill is paid. Brusque, pushy and I felt he was less than "aboveboard". Overall, not impressed.
