Better than nothing, so call them. I have scheduled three trips with them for medical appointments for my wheelchair bound aunt. So far, they made one successful trip. The van broke down the other two times. Add to this, I had to make appointments well in advance to schedule the rides, when she really needed to see the doctor sooner, it was very uncomfortable and unfortunate.
