Western Living Furniture has a completely different feel than walking through one of the big chain stores. The showroom is warm and inviting, with beautifully arranged displays that make it easy to picture how each piece would look in a real home instead of under harsh warehouse lighting. Well, it was strange at first, I was uncomfortable because no one attended us or offered help, but then a very kind girl attended us, who sent her because nobody wanted to take care of us outright, she won my heart, she was kind, efficient, she gave me information about everything even without asking for it, for that young girl I give 5 stars just for her, in the end I took my living room and other things. One more point! Don't judge by appearance, you might be surprised. 😉😉😉
There is far more options than you need to fill your house with nice furniture. The sales reps are polite, friendly and very helpful. We've bought many items from here, and will continue to do so in the future.
Jade was very helpful finding our new couch. I like Western Living because the salespeople are not pushy, but hey are there to help and answer questions. They let me browse through the store to find what I am looking for and then help me find the right color and accessory pieces to finish the set. Very nice.
Western Living has beautiful furniture, but the prices are extremely high. I was interested in a rug for my living room, but couldn’t justify paying over $1,000 for one that felt thin and low quality. I ended up finding a better rug for a much lower price in Grand Junction. The staff at Western Living didn’t seem particularly friendly either perhaps they were just having an off day.
