I'm currently taking classes here, with that being said. I could honestly say there is plenty to learn and a lot of other insightful things that others say while being the group that I am in. The lady who leads our classes Lisa, is great at her job. Unlike many other people who are staff at these kind of money grabbing places she actually cares about her job and does what she can to get everybody on the same level as each other during groups. My daughter had to go through them for classes. There was some miscommunication and Beatrice the office Mgr was so friendly and helpful! She totally made it right and honored her word.

Super nice staff. Helped me understand everything and made me feel comfortable serving my sentence for my mistake. They are excited and encouraging when you are done. I hope I never have to see them again 🤣 but they were awesome.

I’d give this place zero stars if possible. Don’t get me wrong, the staff that are actually in the facility most of the time are kind, decent people who try their best, but their ceiling is very low. The place has all its paperwork go through one lady who works less than an hour a week, coming in just on Monday. She is rude, not professional, doesn’t read her notes, and does her very best to avoid talking with clients once their through the door and a payment has been received. Try next facility!
