Steven was extremely knowledgeable with all the different UDRP domain dispute format options possible. It was nice having an attorney that was well-versed in technology, it wasn't like the old people in congress. I think Steven could greatly benefit from hiring a secretary, though he showed effort to connect with his client and even did some zoom meetings as well.
Frustrating and full of empty promises. UPA has been handling my case for over a year now. The process has been cycles of my lawyer telling me he'll have something done by week's end and then ignoring me for months to up to a half of a year. Wish I could leave a better review, but I can't even get a hold of him by email anymore. Deeply disappointed.
