My mom was in this facility 2 times in less than 2 months . Mom said the food was good. The some of the cna was good to go her . There was a night cna was great and treated with respect and kindness . The housekeeping dept was good . The day shirt nurses were good Jerri and Stacy . The therapy department was great . My mom started having really bad heartburn that she never had a day in her life for 4 to 5 days she was showing signs of a possible heart attack . .She was always up and ready for therapy. Western Hills Retirement Village is excellent! The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. Connie and her staff go above and beyond, they are outstanding. I would highly recommend Western Hills Retirement Village.
My father had a wonderful caring experience during his short term rehab stay. The nursing team was very kind and proactive to his needs. The physical therapist motivated him to achieve his mobility and strength.
