Food was good to a degree sandwiches on stale bread is not good Aides were great especially Lontonya on day shift but night they can be rude. Talking on their phones while assisting you should not happen I was very sick & scared & hitting my call light. Not one said you will be ok only “now what do you want “ Some nurses were great esp Jerrie but some I didn’t trust. A nurse on night would wake me up and ask if I wanted a breathing treatment she also put the treatment together wrong Jerrie on day fixed it. The therapy dept w... read more
I come here to visit my grandma often. It is a very nice facility, the aides and nurses seem very friendly and hands on!
Western Hills Retirement Village is great. My dad enjoys it there. The staff is amazing and caring. They do a great job with all their residents. Highly Recommend!!
