Went there from 1969-1973. Way back then, it was a prosperous area, with wonderful Teachers that I absolutely loved. Wood shop, metal shop, auto shop, leather shop, (too bad those were only for boys). I want to see this school become what it once was! Put some funding into it, fix what's wrong, and make the students proud of their school again!!!
The people who have given this school a bad rating did not give it a true chance to shine. Western hills is one of the only schools that has teachers who care about their students and not just "doing their job" . To name a few , Ms.price , mr.posey, Coach fonville , Ms.Penney/Walters, ms.copen. I mean really Western Hills is a great school that went through a lot of pain & is back and kicking . Cougar nation !!!
