Yes, quality has gone down. As good as the bank services are, the tellers are always grumpy and lack customer service. I was about to close my account before and brought it up to management once because I don't like leaving reviews, but things barely changed. Tellers, receptionists, etc, are the face of your company. If they are not happy, they are going to give crappy service and people will not want to interact with your business. Great service! Strongly recommend Mr. Juan Alonso for he is the best Treasury Management Assistant I have ever had in any bank. I moved to a different city and I never changed banks solely because of his service. Thanks Western Heritage for hiring such great employees!
