I had an amazing experience with the Western GM team in Drumheller. I didn’t have the right EV charging adapter, but the manager and his coworker quickly came up with a solution and helped my family continue our trip. They were incredibly kind and made sure we could reach our destination safely. Thanks to them, we left with wonderful memories of Drumheller. Highly recommend this team!
Today, I found an EV charging station in Drumheller to charge my Tesla, and I got there only to realize that the adapter didn’t fit. The GM store manager was incredibly kind and lent us an adapter, and even gave us a ride to the museum. Without him, we would have been in big trouble. He’s our hero today!
We ended up at this dealership after attempting to use the EV charger on our rented Tesla. Brad came out to help us after our adaptor wasn’t fitting properly. Knowing we were having some range anxiety, Brad hooked us up to their destination charger and offered to drive us to lunch and the hoodoos while it charged. He basically gave us a tour of the town in his truck and also some lunch recommendations. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help us and for being so friendly! From the Alexander’s
