We are so thankful and grateful for Western GM and their wonderful team! We were travelling from Camrose to Medicine Hat for a medical appointment and our vehicle broke down. After calling AMA to get us towed to Drumheller, we had to find somewhere to fix the vehicle plus get a rental to be able to make it to my appointment. I was lucky enough to talk to Alycia and Chelsey at Western Gm who managed to get the vehicle looked at same day, as well as track us down a rental. I had purchased a 2018 GMC Canyon Denali Duramax from Mike Bell in July of 2025.... this vehicle has been nothing but problematic, we had a fuse box with that was soldered, along with countless never ending electronic issues that are still outstanding. Of the 6 months we have owned this vehicle it has been in our hands maybe a total of 2 months, the other 4 months however it has been at a local GM dealership with these issues being dealt with and trying to find a fix.
